Each month, retainer clients receive:
- A 9–12 page strategic memo on developments relevant to their business and the broader critical minerals landscape.
- A 60-minute call to discuss the memo, current questions, and what to watch.
- Written responses to questions between cycles, within 48 hours.
Engagements run on a six-month basis. Capacity is limited to a small number of clients to ensure depth and continuity.
Suited to: mid-tier mining and processing companies, defence primes, investment funds and government agencies navigating critical minerals strategy.
Not suited to: organisations that need a large team, primary fieldwork, or a procurement-grade formal deliverable. I'll say so early if that's the fit.
Indicative fee: from USD $3,000 per month, invoiced in your currency. Six-month minimum.
